Would you like relief from Arthritis in your hands or feet? Are you tense from being in a wheelchair? Do you lie in bed alot? Is it hard to think clearly or walk? All that can be transformed to feeling more mobile, relaxed, and energized.

I do medical and soothing massage to help people feel better emotionally and physically. I keep it easy.

I work while you are dressed sitting or lying down. You don't need to climb onto a massage table. Before each session I find out your current health status and emotional wishes. I coordinate with available members of your family and your health care team, for any needs that you have. 

I offer skilled reassuring pain-free touch for people with long term illness, caregiving stress, dementia, Alzheimer's, arthritis, depression, grief, and anxiety. I help speed recovery from strokes and falls, and the challenges of a new living situation. 

It's a time of safe companionship at Assisted Living Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Memory Care Units, and private homes. The benefits of my visit last after I leave. People feel renewed and connected and flexible again.
